Considering your level, I'd say you're a bit above average.
It depends on how long you've been playing.
Technically, I've been playing for 6 months now, if not counting the days that I semi-quitted(just logging in to collect resources from collectors), and my GG is 781m. It won't get any higher because I am farming DE now.
I can't tell how is yours without the time.
Average or a bit above average I think.
If in real life, your game is not affecting your daily routine like work, studies or personal relationships, any GG you have is good. People have different circumstances, what is good for one, cannot be good for others.
Those on vacation or those who have been admitted in a hospital may have more time to spend. During exams or when you have to work on a project, you won't have much time. The key is balance.
My opinion: Play at your own pace. Don't worry about your GG that much. There may be some who are way higher than you and there may be some who are lower, that only reflects how much time they have for the game.
My main acct th9 lvl 117 has 711M GG, 664 HH (1 year of play)
My other acct th8 lvl 80, has 163M GG, 140 HH (6 months of play)
Go figure XD
Not really a HC farmer tho, usually attacks 2-10 times/day depending on my IRL activities.
