Specialized ranks

Don't say that this has been posted 1000 times, this is a bit different from all the other clan ranks threads out there.
The idea is that we have ranks in clans that aren't just the standard powers (kicking, inviting, clan mail, etc) my ideas are:

War general
decides range of attacking in war(what lvl you can The attack or what trophy range you can attack
decides the minimum lvl of troops donated to war CC
can ban people from war but not the leader

messenger
can go visit other clans (feeder clans sister clans etc.). This will come with a new clan setting: accept messengers or not, or a maximum of three clans that they do accept messengers from but not others. Whether they accept messengers will mean whether they have to request to get in or they just join disregarding trophy lvl and settings. They will always be able to come back to their clan without requesting or caring about the trophy lvl

Probation
cannot participate in war
below member
elder+ can raise a person back to member
on a two day timer to be kicked

Moderator
can ban players from the chat for X minutes but banned players will still see requests. Cannot ban anyone co leader or above.
can send private messages
able to promote people to elder but no further
can filter chat so that swear words are*** and such
