matching attacks and defense battles

Im an average player. I love clash of clans. But have started to fade from playing it 24/7 .i know there are quite a few of us that doesn't think its right that the higher levels can drop trophies and attack lower levels. And destroy there base and take quite alot of resources and trophies too. I mean im a th9 not everything is at max. But i can get attacked by higher levels maxed out. Troops and all. Revenge is not even worth the time due to u know u can't fight that person without losing more trophies. I think it should be a balance in what u have to what they have. Its probably a long shot but it would make the game more fair. I think. Its like your trying to save resources up to upgrade troops and defenses. But it takes alot of time to get resources up to do so. And when u got the higher levels attacking weak defense bases u lose quite a bit of resources. And it doesn't seem fair. I've noticed the only way to really get upgrades in a lower level u need to buy lots of gems. Cause u cant win and defensively protect your resources from the higher maxed out players.

Do this and the leaderboard will be dominated by folks who are TH3.

Well im not saying make it fair for lower levels to attack higher levels. Im saying make it fair. For the lower levels from getting attacked by a much higher level with maxed out troops. Etc say a th 10 attacks a level th8 it doesn't seem right cause u know u cant even revenge back without losing more.

It's called the loot penalty.

They've tried to curb this by lowering the max amount of loot higher levels, can take from lower levels. There's quite a few reasons SuperCell have left a feature like this out. Not that I can speak for SuperCell, but, you have a brain. ~.^

Gathering trophies should not be fair. In fact it should be decidedly unfair. The people with the best tactics, best troops, and best buildings should be able to beat those with inferior tactics, troops, and buildings.

If it were any other way, it would completely undermine the ranking system.

I know of all this. But what can i say losing 200000 to 300000 ever time they attack me hurts. If i could attack back i would but i would lose more cause troops are not maxed out etc. I have noticed its harder to find a similar base to attack with decent loot to regain what u lose. In defense barley win enough to even cover what troops cost to train. I know most of yall are probably higher levels. And enjoying the easy wins but i still think something else needs to b done. I haven't won a defense in a while im a level 91 getting attacked by levels over 110 but it sounds im just wasting my time thinking of something to help make this a more fair game.

Drop trophies man. I'm merely level 65... I get attacked by dudes your level... I just watch until they go inactive and Barch their collectors and zap their 2.5k De etc. Its how I first bought my Barb King 17 levels ago

What you're telling me is that you've climbed too high.

Your trophy count is writing checks that your base can't cash.

Yea pretty much it looks that way. But i would hate to drop trophies but looks like thats what i gotta do.
