Shelling out 35k for one pekka is a lot. Then the 45 min build time. To have 7 of them fight an Enemies clan castle units and get destroyed is extremely dumb.. And they make the worst decisions. SuperCell, you need to make the big units more powerful. Dragons would wreck stuff if they were real.. But in your world they get dominated. Base D is way better than the units that attack it.
Try a gowipe or something not mass pekka. It's true mass pekka will usually get wrecked which is good cause it's kinda lame to be attacked by one type of troop.
PEKKA isn't designed to fight CC troops. Yes, it sucks when they get massacred by CC troops, but if you don't want that to happen, I recommend you start luring out the CC and killing it before you attack.
Now, I've thought of the idea of a splash component to the PEKKA's attack, but I don't really know how I feel about that as far as balance is concerned
They still attack to slow.. They are the best unit in the game. And it takes them forever to swing. And their pathing blows.

Well, they attack slow yet they also have a lot of health and power behind them. If you use a PEKKA and you see CC troops coming ( Clan Castle ) then send out other troops like archers are barbs. PEKKAs are fine the way they are.
face it pekka arent meant to lead your charge into battle, they are either the cleanup or the body of the army, send in hogs or wiz to lead the assualt then drop your pekka and golem, with a couple wiz to back em up
Their pathing doesn't blow, I can get them to go where I want them to probably 80%-90% of the time. You just need to learn how to manipulate them.Quote:

Haven't seen anyone say this about balloons, yet they can wipe a defense with a two shots. A little op. Especially now that th9-10 can deploy a 6000 hp bodyguard for them. Also I agree with these guys, pekkas aren't for cc clearing, they're for good old fashioned on-hit kills on pretty much every building on your map. Try using a pekka or multiple pekkas to kill an outer lying hero. Can save your other units from a whole lot of hurt.
There is a reason for this. If it had the speed of an archer and the DPS it has you would be able to beat a base easily with all PEKKAS. With every strength you need a weakness for balance.Quote:

Try having one lightning spell to wipe out the cc troops. Rage spells would also help them not get wrecked
