reward for winning defenses

I personally like the idea of a reward for winning defenses, i know that the standard reward is trophies, but a lot of us don;t even care about trophies, in fact the reward sometimes has a negative impact, what if we had a loot reward for winning defenses, say... something small like 20k per every defense won. oh and also, at the end of each season a grand reward for the total number of defenses won, maybe something like a total of 100k for under 30 wins and 5k for every win above thirty. obviously however, people might farm down so they could win more defenses, and im not quite sure how to deal with this. any suggestions are welcome

This has been suggested a lot already. Idk where supercell stands on it

Aside from trophies, rewards for winning defenses make little sense because whether or not you defend successfully has very little to do with you.

Very true! A person would just drop a troop and leave giving you money but did you really earn that? That being said when someone puts their town hall outside you can snipe it and get the loot taking very little skill. I can see it going either way but seeing as how it does not exist yet it likely will stay that way

The whole point of defending is NOT losing loot, it is not gaining loot

While I can agree, it would be nice to receive loot for a win on defense, that's not the point. After all how would that even work, it's not very realistic? It's not like the enemy would just drop resources on your base/donate them to you as a peace offering.

The difference here is that sniping town halls is still an active activity.

Bonus loot should come from active means not passive ones. Meaning, you should have to do something for it.

The economy should be improved via active incentives. For example, bonuses related to maintaining a high trophy count or some such.

Arguably you are doing something for it. When an attacker comes they usually trigger some traps so you could claim that the money spent in defense is doing something. In my opinion there isn't much difference between that and sniping a town hall for the free resources.
