Chat with your enemy clan during war

This game is missing the wonderful joy of smack talk. I realize that parents may not like this but there are more than enough adults playing the game that would love this option. You could censor it and allowing reporting just like in global. You could even give each clan the option to turn it off.

Crushing someone just isn't the same unless you can tell them how your going to crush them before you do it...

good, but i can see too much abusiveness occurring here. also, is it just me, or has the censoring machine on global broken

but i agree an inter-clan chat would be nice, not necessarily for the purpose of wars, but for small talk, like you stated i think this would enhance gameplay alot

No offence but that idea is kinda crazy. An entire war could be lost due to this chat box. For example imagine if someone in the other clan just leaks something in the clan castle of someone else. That could influence the attack of someone. It would also generally cause mass hatred to everyone and these wars are not meant to rouse hatred. It's a game. The " war " is just basically fun and games.

I like the sound of it. How ever I think the leaders should control who has access to it. Is it off completely. Just to the leader. Cos and above, elders and above, members and above, or everyone. (A member has lost the new tag) Also, war spectators should be able to see the chat, but not talk in it.

Wow. In your attempt to point out a flaw you have actually pointed out an amazing benefit. Strategy in chat.

Imagine being able to tell the clan the whats in a certain clan castle... trying to persuade them to use a specific strategy against that troop. Oh the depths of deceit that could be reached..

I like this; your saying before the war starts the Leader could choose who was allowed to speak, just leader, leader and co's, all members, etc

with and on/off switch i don't see how it could be that abusive in a bothersome way... i mean, xbox live is abusive and almost everyone still loves it

Yep, maybe also toggle between Spectators and non spectators as well. Also it should be able to be changed at any time, maybe you would have it locked down for all of war, then open it up at the end, so you can all chat about it.

I can see the merits of inter clan chat. A lot of clans have sister clans that are either for farming or just overflow members. But to have chat with other clans is a bad idea, it just going to cause fights and then you will have people complaining to SC that this clan swore at them the entire war....then all you have to do is put a member in the other clan and he can tell you everything about the other clan defense over the chat? Laughable
