I would like if it would be possible to promote a co leader to a first co, who has almost the same options as a leader. This would be very handy when a leader is not active for vacations or something else.

So your suggesting 4 ranks in a clan? Might be complicating. What powers does the first co not have that the leader has?

The real issue is the rank and power gap between elder and coleader. Coleader and leader have very similar abilities and did not really solve the elder leader gap issue. So the new rank should really be between coleader and elder.
