just get a better clan
also if you have a 10 member clan this would be much easier
Getting clan participation should be up to the clan leadership, not Supercell
I like the idea in general... but why not simply make the incentive to the individual when they make both attacks?
This removes the clan wide drama when 1 persons screws everyone over because they are just a jerk, or because they legitimately just could not get their attack in. The decision whether to boot or demote such a person is still in the hands of the clan management without affecting any bonus to those who participated.
I would also suggest avoiding getting specific with any kind of bonus amount... nobody every agrees on what that number should be... leave it to supercell to decide and if its wrong they can always adjust it.
I do like it to help incentivize members but agree a smaller bonus like 20%. Another reward could be a clan xp award. I do manage our roster fairly tight and remove folks who aren't meeting our expectations. With new opt-in/out instead of immediately kicking, they aren't included in wars. I do remove if they become inactive without communicating.
Note since the opt-in/out update, we remerged with our farm clan so there isn't expectations everyone wars. We hold an all-in family war on weekends where anyone can participate (if they commit to participating) and two focused mid-week wars which I'm selective on who to include.
A little extra clan XP (e.g. 50) would be the only thing. War bonus is already a lot, and expensive to Supercell. No need to increase it.
Quite a few clans I have been in use all Attacks in a war. Smaller clans for example or very organised clans. Maybe add a smaller bonus like 150% for a win and 50% for loosing.....
I think this is a great idea so I'm giving it a thumbs up bump.
Incentive should be an exp bonus though, not a loot bonus. I realize that the OP was before clan experience so that couldn't be considered back then...
An exp bonus of 20% if all attacks are used, win or lose.
Larger clans get more exp per war so larger clans would get proportionally more exp bonus but that's a good thing since it's much harder to get 50 people to use 2 attacks than it is to get 10 people to do so...
Double is a lot but other than that it is a great idea. However, I would fear a steep increase in rage posts complaining about war defectors

While I like the XP idea, that's not incentive for someone who wasn't planning on staying to use their attacks. They don't reap any reward if they're leaving anyway. I think awarding a bonus on an individual basis is better than the idea I had to start off with. Still not perfect, and through re-reading this thread, I realize it never will be, but it is improvement
