Eh, idk. The HP seems too low for a Hero to dish out enough damage in the time it is alive for it to be worth having. Y'know? And giving it more HP would make it OP'd, because of the balance w/e. What is it's LV5 ability? I'm thinking the Wizard isn't the troop we're looking for, and instead we should focus more on the ability of the Hero, and figure out the stats second.
