GoWiWi or GoWiPe or Giant version

This might be a mistake on my part, as I have no practice with either attack strategy. I really need feedback or suggestions on which attack strategy has best chance of success against TH-9's. (I am a TH-9 as well)

I have:
- lvl 3 PEKKAs
- lvl 1 Witches
- lvl 5 Wizards
- lvl 1 Golems
- lvl 6 Giants

Here are my concerns or questions:

1. Which attack strategy is more successful: GoWiPe vs GoWiWi ? (take into consideration my Troop levels - see above)

2. Since my Golems are lvl 1, should I use lvl 6 Giants instead ? (2 Golems or 12 Giants)
