The response to my support ticket:

I put in a support ticket as a clan member donated troops and I received none in my clan castle and thus I had to gem my clan castle to request again.

I received the following reply (with no attempt to try and solve the problem):

Is this really what is happening now? I don't think that it is acceptable to ignore paying customers.

Why would you gem your clan castle to request again? 20 minutes isn't that much time.

Because I had to raid at that moment?

It happens now and then.

Not sure what you hoped to get out of a support ticket, from what I can tell there is very little that can be done about it.

I see no problem with a reply as frivolous as the ticket.

OP, most probably, you will get your reply later.

That was just an automated response sent by the server.

Usually, this type of message is sent after support has mitigated the issues. Here, they sent it earlier, most probably it was unintentional.

What happened to the professionalism, we expect from any company when sending official replies? It's the reason I said that the above was just automated server response.

Yep, I've received these when a ticket was closed before. But they didn't even answer my query or even attempt to solve the problem. It is sad that people believe this acceptable to do to customers.

What exactly did you expect them to do or say? There was a glitch. Report the glitch. If it happens a lot, i understand opening a support ticket but for one isolated incident? This is why support takes so long, they have to comb through probably thousands of frivolous emails.

Actually this happens quite frequently... Even look in the thread to see that another person says that it happens from time to time.

You never mentioned that this happened to you more than once.

One other person experienced it. Again, what did you expect from support? You reported the bug, they're aware of the bug. What more is there?
