It already has been declined. Or removed or banned. SEE isnt going to do it. Permanently. Please check the ruled out ideas before making a post. Saves people time and energy.

Much this. The reason is quite obvious, you make a clan, 49 alt accounts with max collectors, and you have yourself 25 million gold, 25 million elixir, and 150 thousand dark elixir PER DAY, just on collectors. And when there's boost events? :rolleyes:
