That was the first attack, i'm upgrading my last Tesla. This TH9 started from the south, the giants destroyed the archer towers and then the 2 cannons at the left before they be killed. Just for a phew the AQ destroyed the TH.

I can share my trap placement with u if u want so.

Anyway, congrats for this amazing base!

You are not alone with that kind of thinking. I was very susceptible at first myself. I kept telling BigC that it won't work but I have been surprised with every replay that I have seen.

It is undoubtedly amongst the best TH8 bases out there.

A very clever base! All the defenses cover each other. Although if you don't re-arm your traps often, than the base may be easier to breach by giants or hogs. But overall, it's a nice base!

Well thanks for the advice, I think this base design will also work for those who just upgrade into TH8, ( as I have at least 1 WizTower, Mortar, Archer Tower being upgraded).

You've nailed it with that comment, without traps and cc it can be a different story. **** good reason not to shove extra buildings behind the walls - if the first attack triggers traps and doesn't reach 40% the second attack will be much easier for the attacker.

Would you be willing to PM me the trap placements? My base has held up well, but certainly does not protect well against lvl 6 giants.
