Bowser 8 - Master of Puppets - Adaptable Farm and Defense Layout for Town Hall 8

Im using Bowser 8 war base for over 2 months and can frankly say thats great base especially vs dragons. I was never 3 stared by dragons and had few early 2 stars when ad level was low.
I was 3 stared only by good th9 players using lavallonion (overkill) and strong wallbreaker attack clearing the path to the core.
Bowser8 is one of the reasons Im not rushing my th9 upgrade even now when almost maxed out.
The only problem of the base is that its easy to get a star on it as recent balloonion with lv3 balloons prooved but I can definitely live with it. The good thing is that usually it will only give 1 star.
Attacking from a weak side would be a way to get 2 stars but dragon attackers are ambitious and usually come from strong side (with 2 ad)

This base has been awesome. I have been using the trophy variation for the last month and a half and it has been holding up very well. Although it is vulnerable to barchs from the left, it only gets three starred by th9s with high level archer queens. I once woke up gaining 58 trophies over the night! I have only gotten one air attack with all lvl 3 drags and the base held up. The attacker did not even get a star. Great base and I'm looking to use the war variation in my next war.

Just recently upgraded to TH8. I want to try this base as my farming and war base. Can you also PM me the trap placements? Thanks a bunch and thank you for helping the community at large. :)

As mentioned before, I don't have time to keep up with demand for the war trap layouts, so I have made 3 variations public on the original post to retain some form of secrecy. Please use 1 of those versions as I have found them all to be very effective in their own way.

War base trap Variant 1 is the best, I didnt get the traps layout, but figured out from the pics. most of the time people got 2 star max, one time 3 star by gowipe.

There is more than meets the eye in this base. My logs are great. I just started with TH8 but this base is really promising. Really great!!
