Its still a good idea

I like it, but I have two questions:
1-If the player's storages are full what will happen to the reward?
EDIT: Nevermind, I readed the whole idea
2-Will the players that already play CoC get all the reward it would get if this existed when he started the game?

I am a lvl i get about 300k of each when i raid so what is under a 100k gonna do ? Change the rate and i will love the idea !
