New 18+ clan. Join 18&overthehill

I have been playing coc for 7 months and have been co leader in several clans. This is my first new clan and I am going to do it the right way. No immediate promotions. Require donations and active attacks. Help new players progress in game. So join clan if you want to be part of something for the long run. I will promote based on time in clan and first ones in will be first to eventually get co leader.
