Why need to buy again troops after an attack?

Hi,

Don't know if this subject was already on the forum, if so I apologize.

When you finished an attack using expensive Golems, Wizards and Pekka's, and for example 1 Pekka is still alive, why do we need to buy the troops that survived again for he next attack?
All is gone when you used them in an attack. It should be like Boom Beach where you still can use the troops that survived. That is not more than fair I think. Now we all have to spend again a lot of resources.
I know, that's what it's all about, but we made your game popular and your company a lot of money.
Very good, really, respect, but this way it just not feels right.

Or am I missing something? :-)

That's how the game works. I don't suppose there is problem with that ?

It is a way to control the stronger players.

If you got back surviving troops, there would be no stopping the stronger players making all dragon armies etc and just crushing weaker players at no cost as no troops would die.

Thats true, but realistically, who would leave their troops in the battlefield just to die? Thats such a waste of lives. Lol;)

Boom Beach lets you keep your living troops. But that's just a mechanic of Clash that you'll have to deal with. Clash is better anyways :)

like what he said here. if surviving troops can be reused, i will be training a whole bunch of lvl 4 drags and unleash fury on some poor th5 and 6s, repeatedly. would be fun tho.....hahaha.....

Boom Beach does. According to the FAQ on coc ts because the troops go to ley lines underground and turn into elixir, which your elixir collectors collect. Also when your base is raided and you tap on a gravestone, each one is equal to 20 elixir

True, but I think stronger (rich) players will create anyway again a strong army before they attack. Just an idea that (some) expensive surviving troops can be used maybe for 2 clashes instead of 1. I mean, you build them and spend already resources/money.

If Clash troops never dies Everyone would be using Hogs , Dragons , GoWiWi all the time and noob would be rekt and then high level players would be attacking anyone since you won't loss any elxir

Believe this is basically a dupe, so I'll put it down the same way.

1. To prevent top players from repeatedly mass pekka/dragging or whatever high level strategy against low levels.
2. So that ppl don't advance too quick
3. To add another aspect of strategy. You need to create a profitable comp, or you won't do so well.

Oh of course strong players can create again, but it is not only the elixir cost which is an issue. Dragons take 30 minutes to make just one, PEKKA's 45 minutes to create one.

As a higher level player you have to make a choice on whether to take a strong army; costing more elixir & taking longer to train.

Or a weaker army costing less elixir and faster to train. Which means you can potential make higher profits off more bases; but beating the bases becomes more difficult.

It is a means to balance the game.

I have several max troops at my disposal, but prefer a Barb, Arch, Minion army as it trains quickly and is low cost because of this very measure in the game.

To add an aspect of skill to the game, to win without just blindly dropping troops. IF you got troops back that werent killed, everyone would farm with gowipe and go to silver league and use the same troops over and over again for weeks. If they came back to your camp, that would minimize any variety in strategy and the cost and time it takes to make troops matters little because they can be reused many times

the stand point of the game is obviously fantasy and the troops are made from elixir and dark elixir, which are magical substances. the troops will explode after the battle even if they have survived as the elixir/dark elixir soaks into the ground. hope this helps:cool:

Uh? I agree, i would just build strong army and then just spend a fraction to repair it by choosing easy to crush opponents. Duh!
