Time for town hall 9?

I've been working on my th 8 for a 5 to 7 months now and I am wondering if it is time to move to town hall 9. I don't know how to post pictures so if you could look at my base it is in the clan #yourface and my village name is TheGurgeMan.

Oh I am level 72ish

I wouldn't upgrade yet. Max out your defence.

I would continue maxing out defenses, as well as pumps/mines. Do walls if you can! Solid base, but don't rush anything

I think now u are almost ready, you are almost max and all you need to do really is finish up the cannons and archer towers, then ur good

I think ill get my drags to 3 and my pekkas as well, and by then i think i should be able to call quits on town hall 8 and start moving on up.

I would upgrade all the mines and elixir collectors to max level, and the cannons to solid gold too.
