put this ridiculous idea of your head.
lightning spells do exactly what they should do.
they cause splash damage on whatever building they hit.
they absorb resources in the same way that an archer's arrow does.
you dont like getting zapped? tough
no spell can be countered, that is the point of the spell. to give an advantage to the one using it.
you people need to realize that simply thinking something is unfair because you dont like it, doesnt actually make it unfair.

sounds about right...a nylon web full of holes...yep, that'll stop the lightning

I think it would make more sense if teslas near the storage would conduct the lightning. Maybe making the teslas more powerful?

What the zapper chooses to zap is up to them --- they can zap mortars, AD, troops, mines, pumps, drills hell, they can even zap the trees or mushrooms if they want ..... The spell is supposed to do that - it causes damage to buildings or troops in a small area.....

All these ludicrous ideas, re nets, and such like to catch it, would completley negate it's use, and you may as well remove it altogether........ and then the barchers would be screaming, that they've already been nerfed with the fourth mortar, and now they can't even zap one with their lightning....

I see where you are going with this but it makes no sense for a skeleton to catch lightning, perhaps a hidden tesla should reduce the damage of lightning spells in that area and act as a ligtning rod and reduce the damage more as you level up or have a ligtning rod item you can buy from the shop

One of the best ideas I've seen yet. But then something similar might be called for with other spells, and, well, May the Nerf be with you...
