I've been out of the clash community for a while , but i'm back now and have two queries:
1) What league is best for "New to th9 with 3/4th of TH8 maxed out?
2) What is the buzz about banning? Can SC read our clan chats?

Hi,

Sc can't see your clan chat unless someone screen shots it and sends it in - they may take action if the chat breaks the terms of service, that could include a ban if what was said was bad enough.
