Just like the title says. currently the only options are once/twice/rarely/always & never. But you can also start war prep mon/wed/fri. taking Sunday off. which comes to 3 days a week. a lot of clans run this style & putting always(non stop) just confuses ppl
I would still consider it always even if Sunday was off. Just put always and in your clan description prep starts Monday after the war ends on Saturday. Jafeel?
always is what everyone considers non stop - & since we do stop dont want to put that. rather have it just say not set rather than have inaccurate information on clan wall
I think this is kind of nit-picking. Warring 6 out of 7 days is close enough to always in my opinion. Just tell people who are confused that you take Sundays off.
so what you saying is if a clan says they accept players lvl. 60&up they should accept players lvl.55 since its close enough. always means non stop & war with a one day break is not always or non stop.
I think a better comparison is if someone tells you that they're always on Clash of Clans, you don't take that to mean they're playing literally 24 hours a day.Quote:

I'm not trying to say your idea is bad, I'm just saying it really isn't necessary. My clan goes to war every 4 days. It isn't exactly twice per week, but it's close enough as far as we're concerned. I'm not about to ask for an "Every 4 days" option

Some people have full time jobs and families. These people sometimes like to have a schedule. War 3x a week allows that. Back to back wars rotate war days constantly. Some people cannot be on clash on a Saturday or maybe Sunday or whatever day. I am personally busy every Thursday all day and night. Our schedule of 3x a week allows Thursday to always be a prep day so i never miss a battle.
I agree the proposed change may not be a huge deal but there is definitely a big difference between 3x a week and always. Anyone who can't see that has way too much free time and should find some other things to do outside of clash. There is zero negative impact on anyone if this was to be implemented.
Again, battle days are what count.. who cares about prep days. If you have a well organized clan your war castles will be filled with the right troops in no time without any thought or effort.
Guys, if we are going to get technical here - there isn't even a way to have 4 full war days in a week.
4 war days requires also having 3 prep days in between. Each prep day is exactly 24 hours. Each War day is exactly 24 hours.
1 week = 168 hours. 4 war days+3 prep days = 168 hours.
So even if you start the next war 1 second after the previous war finishes you are not having 4 full war days in a week because 3 seconds will technically be on Monday.
Therefore - even if you are "always" warring you are still at max getting 3 full war days in on any given week.
Case closed. Next topic please!
You're missing the point. No one is asking for a war 4x a week option. We can do the math and know there can't be 4 "full" wars a week. The point is there is a difference between nonstop and 3x a week.
I want a 2.5 wars a week option too then. We start wars Tuesday morning, Thursday morning and Sunday morning.Quote:

Before you go trolling again on the subject. Take a look at a Calender. Sunday starts the week not ends it. So you fall under the 3x per week category.Quote:

Theres nothing complex about it. There are clans that start War M/W/F even some that do Sun/Tues/Thu which is 3x per week. Always in my opinion was meant for non stop war clans. which we are not.Quote:

7/7 days = 100% = always.

It would read something like "Wars start on: M, W, F" to onlookers. If they wanted to get really fancy maybe they could add an auto start feature for the days you check so once one war ends another automatically starts.
Also Veterans Day = No mail = slow day at work. :(
