Do you accept premature Town Halls in your clan?

Yes. 5 characters.

I've never seen anybody say "Don't upgrade your townhall, or I'll kick you", or "We can't accept him, he's a premature [insert th here]" in a clan chat before.

People generally have lots of rules, but trophy count/troops are really the only ones people care about as far as joining is concerned. I've never seen somebody get denied/kicked because their defenses sucked.

I was and many may still consider me a premature TH9. Have been for a long time.

9/10 AT
4/5 AD
5 wiz tower
6 mortar
2 tesla
1 x bow
5 troops tier 1, 3 troops tier 2 and 3
8 and 10 barracks
1 and 2 DE barracks
1 DE troops
Camps and CC need one more upgrade
Topped out pumps, mines and storage
1/2 DE drill
3 DE storage
6/7 walls

As I said, many will consider this noobish, but it's work in progress. I enjoy working toward upgrade goals without making this game a career. The fun will last much longer this way.

As for accepting preme's into a clan, why not, as long as their base shows that they are working on improving.

Premature TH is about the worst trap you can fall into in game. I confess, my clan has heaps (as in like 20) TH 8's that probably shouldn't be there. The rest is made up of proper TH 8s and 7s. My clan has become partly a recuperation clinic/ school where I give out info on upgrade orders and base designs all the time. That's not to say we don't have normal fun conversations as well :). I give all but the most terrible TH 9s a chance in my clan, but I was wondering what other people think. Do you let rushed TH's in your clan? Assuming that they are mature and donate a lot, but may have pretty bad troops.

I would think that as a lesser aspect of SC's business model, they may expect players to rush their TH's, realize their mistake and then gem to catch up. For this I don't see SC posting any warnings on this matter. A rightful place may be the wiki.
