Do you accept premature Town Halls in your clan?

I was wondering what the general consensus was as to premature THs in your clan?
Premature TH is about the worst trap you can fall into in game. I confess, my clan has heaps (as in like 20) TH 8's that probably shouldn't be there. The rest is made up of proper TH 8s and 7s. We have no TH 9s, but I have made so many people cancel their TH. On occasion I have threatened people by saying I will kick them if they don't cancel.
Its not fun being the killjoy, but they thank me later. The thing is, I always just assumed people who rush their TH to have an IQ of 3 and aren't really serious about the game. But I found out that we have really intelligent people ie: bankers, an anthropologist, who are pretty badly rushed. They just assume they should upgrade as soon as possible because no-one
has told them anything to suggest otherwise. And therin lies the problem. Supercell should, (as has been requested many times),put a message in the description of the TH saying it is advisable to max out before upgrading. As well as reinforcing this message, I want to ask what other clans policy is for rushed TH? My clan has become partly a recuperation clinic/ school where I give out info on upgrade orders and base designs all the time. That's not to say we don't have normal fun conversations as well :). I give all but the most terrible TH 9s a chance in my clan, but I was wondering what other people think. Do you let rushed TH's in your clan? Assuming that they are mature and donate a lot, but may have pretty bad troops.

If they get the game aren't messing around and donate then yes

I was a pretty bad premature TH9 with Level 4 Walls, level 3/4 troops, level 7ish cannons, level 2/3 wiz towers, you get the idea. But now I have all pink walls(and one purple, accidental :P) level 8/9 cannons, level 3/3/4 wiz towers, I progressed well and am still moving. It's possible but they take a lot longer to progress than a TH8 farmer.

Actually,I do.Although they are th8 and th9 that are not so bad,I actually saw some of them that had lvl 5 walls and lvl 3 air defence.Not so bad,still had lvl 8-9 cannons/arch towers.

There's a guy in my clan th9 with lvl 3 troops, and bad defenses. Sucks for him but we try to help him....

We don't check. As long as they do their part and donate, they stay. That being said, we have a person with TH6 and level 1 troops. Kind of annoying when he donates, but we make allowances. Basically, we make fun of him.:)

As long as they're active and donate, what do you care?

Nothing, that's my point. I've seen some clans really strict on it though, farming ones included.
This is for entry though, its fair enough for clans to tell their members not to upgrade town hall.

i would love to have a bunch of them join my clan >D as long as they are active and donates i dont care about there bases, theres nothing to do about them rushing th except for trying to help them

I really don't see why anybody wouldn't. Everyone who starts the game out new thinks that since the town hall gets new stuff, you should upgrade it. I got to TH7 with all of my walls still at level 3 and defenses at 3 or 4. I joined a friendly clan as well as the forums, who all helped me understand that with patience comes a reward.

Not accepting someone just because of an understandable mistake is just dumb.
