To those who want to search individual players in-game (potential fix)

So I have seen a lot of people requesting to be able to search individual players in clash of clans, but the problem has always been that there are so many people called the same thing that it would be impossible to find who you're looking for. This used to be the case for clan searches as well, as there were thousands of clans called the Same thing and only about 50 appearing when you search. They fixed this with clan "codes" in the last update, and maybe I'm overlooking something but it wouldn't be that hard to do the same for people too right? Like individual dog tags that you can search in a player search menu, you could easily find anyone in the game as long as you have their code.

True... I guess there's no getting around that. Some people are just creepy. Thanks for the feedback!

We'd already have unique user IDs/codes. A search function isn't there because they don't want it there.

Exactly. There is absolutely no need for this update. I like clash the way it is, you control your privacy.

I recently stopped playing a game for this reason, getting attacked 2x day by same high level person since i was easy mark. No fun.

another problem is that it might burden the server a bit... there's a lot of players after all

Finding a specific player would be great. If I find one that leaves the TH outside, I can return and snipe it over and over again. Think of all the trophies! OK, don't get your britches all up in a bunch, I was just being sarcastic/funny.:)
