need some expert tips from hardcore th 9 farmers.

If you want to max everything, you've got to put a major priority on DE. Getting heroes to 30 takes an incredible amount of time, even if you're already at 10/10.

With that said, you should stay in high Gold-1 or higher and farm DE with Barch/BAM. If you are farming enough DE to keep both heroes upgrading non-stop, then you're basically guaranteed to have enough gold & elixir to keep your other 3 builders busy on other upgrades. But if you farm down in the 1500-1800 range, you'll have no hope of gaining enough DE to do 2x hero upgrades.

Beyond the obvious requirement of 100k+ per upgrade once you get to level 20, you've also got to consider that by that point your lab will be 100% DE upgrades, which adds ~50k to you're weekly farming requirements :(

EDIT: go to the "base design, strategy" section of the forum and read a current thread called "Ash's guide to DE farming to level 40 heroes"

I can't imagine how much time it must take to do level 30 heroes and lava walls as TH9. My guess is you're looking at -- minimum -- 30 hours of play time every week for 4+ months. The handful of people claiming they farm 50k or more DE/day are either A) not telling the truth; B) boosting for 4-6+ hours every day; C) playing non-boosted for 8-10+ hours per day; D) they had 1 extraordinary day farming and then they claim that that is their "average"

Aggressive goals but is attainable. Just try to plan on a bit of flexibility so if you get behind due to real life your not dissapointed. There's a lot of good info In here already but I'll add some of my experience.

I have farmed all leagues and find gold 1-2 my favorite. Masters and champs had good DE but the gold and elixir slowed down for me more than I'd have liked. The wall adjustment made finishing lavas easier than heroes IMO when I feel it was the other way around previously. So a moderate amount of DE priority will be needed.

For DE a great option and my favorite I using 8-12 giants, 10 wb, 13 gobs rest barch. Works great with 2-4 boosts and can be built in like 5 min or something when all 4 rax are boosted. Knocking out fast 1000-1500 DE storages in gold 1 should net you 35-50k DE in 2 hours. This is mostly how I've gotten my 3.2 mil de

As far as walls go barch and bam are the fastest way I've found. There's still a ton of loot in gold most of the time. If you have the gems to spend keeping queen awake sometimes is very helpful once she's over Lev 20.
