Clan castle dragons are WAY overpowered

LOL, dragons are the easiest cc troop to kill. I'm stoked when someone is trying to protect their base with a dragon, even if it's level 4.

Just train like 10 archer and 2-3wiards and then say bye bye to it

Dragons are simple - piff


Just lure our, surround with archers OR wizards that are spaced out enough to negate any splash damage

Watch dragon get helplessly pelted.

I find a mix of archers/wizards are best


Try a clan castle of 35 archers or 33 archers and 2 wizards that isn't an easy lure. They're JUST archers! And now they will be level 7 pretty soon.

Or 2 Witches and a mix of archers/wizards/vaklyrie

or...


Dragons are a solid CC troop no doubt but like anything they can be easily dealt with.




And if you think you "shouldn't need to bring a specific troop type to...."

Archers/wizards/witches or any decent CC troop is easily handled with a handful of barbs and archers once lured to a corner.

lol i dont even worry when i see a dragon in the clan castle, i just continue with the attack because they dont do much to me...only thing i worry about is wizards and archers dragons are easy work my friend just gotta learn how to deal with each troop
if you struggle wit dragons wait till you see two witches.... jeez...

I agree this needs a major fix, either make the archers automatically shoot the dragon instead of structures or decrease the radius of the attack. Having a single dragon annihilate 50 archers in one breath is just ridiculous, and probably even worse then the wizards in the cc these days.

If you are having problems with cc dragon, you are probably doing it wrong. Easiest method is to feed the dragon one barb at a time while a arc of archers keep pounding away at the dragon. If you drop the barb right below the dragon, the dragon will be distracted by the barb and will ignore your archers. Keep feeding the dragon with barbs until it is dead.

I don't agree AT ALL.

I think dragons are WORTHLESS in defense in war. And if you farm like you expect there to be a dragon in the CC, it's no concern. They die very, very easily if you lure and handle appropriately. A handful of archers will get it done. Same with a handful of minions. Put it this way--it's not a factor AT ALL when I farm or when I go to war. I've been more foiled by a well placed air bomb than by a dragon when loonioning... and when farming via archers and things, it just gives me something to focus on for a moment.
