The Details of What We Look For:
We generally prefer TH8/TH9s as new members to complement our team of similar town hall levels but we do consider TH7 and TH10. Above all, the most important consideration is that you are able to carry your own weight and 3-star your equal in wars.
1) Having high level heroes and war troops are the number one priority.
2) The above is balanced according to your defenses, as defenses dictate what opponents you bring into wars, and offenses dictate how well you can counter them.
eg. Xbows carry A LOT of weight, so if you have them, your dark elixir troops and heroes better be significantly leveled. Heroes 15+ and lvl3+ Golems and Max hogs/lava/witches is a good indication of a "good" war player
3) Your nice and tidy tells us how long you have been playing, so having a 800 nice and tidy should yield about 500mil+ gold grab/ elixir escapades and ~2mil heroic heist. Basically we look for good ratios on how long you played vs the experienced you've gained by farming.
4) War Stars vs War Loot ratio and amount. Having 300+ war stars is desired with 800 nice and tidy, and the ratio of loot should also be about 300mil+ (Else you were hitting too low in wars and not hitting your equal).
5) TH9 should have completed "Friend In Need" achievement, and TH8 should have close to 15K+donations, depending on how far in a TH8 you are.
We hold similar standards to those already in the clan.
