Leader chat and clan war opt out

I think it would be great to have a chat area for leaders where they can discuss strategy, clan behaviour and clan rules. I have a clan with my son and his mates and another parent, sometimes it would be good to chat to the other leaders without them getting upset etc.

i would also also like to see a status or opt out feature if you don't want to participate in the clan war. Sometimes only half of our clan is available to attack in the war but they don't want to get kicked or leave. It would be good to have "away" or "not war for me" status.
