Reduce Clan Hoppers: Time delay for troop asking for new members

Many of us work hard to establish a good clan with the right culture. This gets disrupted when new members join and say all the right things, ask for troops and then leaves. It's my mission to stop this and hope that COC will see value in slowing down deceitful new members.

I propose a 48-72 hour period for all new members to wait before asking for troops.

Just as you have a 'cool down' period for shields, the same could be applied for new members. Make it so that they can donate to the clan but they must show some time loyalty before sending a troop request. There can be an override option for the leader only to make an exception. This will only affect those who hop with the purpose of taking troops and then leaving.

You can't spare 5 archers? Sure, it's annoying, but is 1k elixir really enough to get worked up over?

i have lvl 5 archers so those 5 archers is actually 1000 elixir not 500 :D

Oops, I was thinking level 5 barbs. Same thing either way. Neither 500 nor 1k elixir is enough to get worked up over.

Do the math

Barbs-100 x 5=500
Archers- 200 x 5= 1k

To your point it isn't much but it does add up. Some people donate small troops but I donate upgraded dragons and pekkas. Its more about principle, lying to get what you want isn't ok. Plus I want to invest in those who want to give back.
