Hello everyone :)
I'm wondering what most people here do about people giving them a "free" shield by taking only their town hall. I suppose this only applies to farmers and players who keep their town hall outside. Do you revenge or leave them alone as a "thank you"?
honestly, it depends. if i see that they have alot of loot, then i attack them. however, mostly i get a few lower levels who attack my town hall for trophies. i dont mind that and i wouldnt really get much loot if i tried to raid them. so its all about the LOOT.
If they have 180k+ gold I revenge them, but players that usually do that have TH7 or lower. Since I have TH9 they have to be TH8 or 9.Quote:

Well, if they have lots of loot, maybe :D
I treat revenges the same as any other attack. If you have the loot (and I can get it!), I will attack you, if not, why waste my time?
I'm TH9, normally I'm ok with a free shield unless I feel the attack is annoying, meaning they attempt to farm all of my mines/pumps/outer buildings with archers, then destroy my TH. I usually save up some of those revenges for when I fall too low on trophies and need easy 3 stars to move back up - it's also fun to welcome noobs to the game, loot or no loot.

Sometimes yes, sometimes no.
It depends on what my current goals are compared to the loot they have.
Basically, I treat them just like any other opponent, when searching for a battle.

I dont usually bother with revenges. Scrolling down a long list and clicking on every single base, then when u finally find one u can attack, it has no gold...u click 'return home', u find where u were before, then repeat...much easier to attack normally IMO.
I usually save them for when I want to go for cups. Lots of low levels attacking with 10 lvl 3 archers and have pretty weak defenses are easy trophy sources. It's good to have them for back up :)
Even sometimes it says "Player is already under attack", too...
