I was thinking with the introduction of clan wars, a lot of people having been playing it, but there are still people who don't like the clan war system.
I have a proposal to add a ranking system for clan wars (like League of Legends). This will add a huge incentive for other clans who aren't totally into clan wars to get into it and also something for the current clans to work together on to become more competitive.
1. Add a Clan War ranking system.
2. Clans must have at least 5-10 CW's to be placed into a league.
3. The higher the clans are in their league, the higher the bonus loot becomes
at the end of each CW based on their clan's ranking number in the league.
4. The clan gets a bonus award also depending on the league they're in at the
end of each season, but those clans must reach a certain rank.
5. I was also thinking there should be some kind of promotion to get out
of their league, either like LoL or something different, something to challenge clans
before they can rank up, or maybe match up clans in the higher league to see if they qualify.
6. I just though about this and I believe there should be some kind of loot penalty in case some clans try to abuse the system for very high level clans who try to drop their ranks on purpose and get easy cw's. This would prevent those clans from benefiting if they were to drop in rank to find easier cw's and would help balance the ranking system.
(Like a milestone, like reaching gold and higher for those of you who play).
I also think it would be nice if there are options for some players to opt out of cw, because maybe their spell factories are down or their heroes are down and it's kind of a hassle to have to boot them and
re-invite them later before searching for a cw.
One of the awards for the milestone for clans could be something like new clan war icons.
Clan War points can also be spent towards a clan donation bank / vault. It is limited just like the clan castle, but can be upgraded. Also Lead and Co-lead should have the option of dictating which units are allowed to be donated in it so that people can't abuse it or troll and donate only goblins into it. It should also have a blank space next to it so Co-lead and Lead can put in the unit's minimum level required to donate in there. This will also help speed up clan donations.
So what do you guys think? I would appreciate some feedback on this idea.
