[Bug] Clanmates kicked out by the system randomly everyday...

Hi Supercell

this problem happened for over a month now, players get kicked out by the system randomly. there is no clan warning messages. We have to notice everyone joined our clan to come back if they get the boot.

please help us fix the problem. we only have 42 players now, rest of them just lost their way home....


1. Our elders are carefully selected, all been with us for very long time.
2. there is no clan message saying "kicked out by #####", or "##### left the clan", NOTHING in the chat log. thats why we think it is a system glitch.
3. the one who get kicked, doesn't have message saying who kicked him...

Clan Name: "The Chosen Few"
Leader: "big odie#1"

Have you witnessed this 'kick bug?'

My guess is that you have a rogue elder.

Does it show kicked by which elder?

Try peasant-ing everyone for a while and see what happens.

What appears in clan chat? Is it just "Whatever has left the clan?"?

Try having no elders for a while and seeing what happens, it's likely there's an elder doing some sly kicking. This should also be posted in the bugs and problems sub-forum, mods are more likely to see it there :)

doesn't even display "### has left the clan", players are just disappeared with no notice, nothing in clan chat log, we have to invite everyone back everyday.

the thing is nothing show up in the chat log, a screen play with nothing wont prove anything??

Please contact support. They're better equipped to deal with these types of issues.

Use the in-game support feature, so they'll have all your info as soon as you send it.

If we see more reports of this, we'll escalate it, but until then we'll have to see what support can do.

But the members being kicked are telling us that they're being kicked by 'Null.'

We don't have anyone named Null in the clan, though that would be a funny name.

We can invite them right back, they're being kicked at random though, and the system is targeting specific players who are not causing issues to our clan at all. One of our guys has been kicked 5 times now, and all five times it was by, 'Null'.

How do you invite them if they have disappeared and no one saw when it happened?
Do you have everyone's game centre account?
When people come back do they have messages in their inboxes? Usually you get a message when you're kicked don't you?
