Grab the amount of money you want in gems and through it in the air and scream GEMS! It should be on ur account quickly, it worked for me.

My debit card works for online purchases, including Google Play store. You should try and see if your card works too. It depends on your bank whether they allow it or not.

Globe Telecom recently released a way to buy stuff at the appstore by using Globe prepaid

you could use that, buy gems, and on the window that shows add debit/credit card, there will be a new option which is for Globe

They should unless the Philippines have some sort of policy against it. Almost every store in the Us has gift cards these days.

I saw it before, but the tax made me sad.
I am sticking with my debit card (associated with Visa).
