We War Search on Sunday/Tuesday/Thursday 1pm EST
Do you have members from UK/Australia?
We have just 1 from UK and 2 from Australia. The majority of us is from America. One from Mexico, S.Africa and a few from Canada.
Are teens allowed?
Sure! As long as you're mature

Who you are:

• We are an adult clan of TH8 and TH9
• We currently war at 10v10
• We war x3/wk (Sun/Tue/Thur Easter Standard Time)
• We’re recruiting to increase our war activity to 15v15

What will you see inside our clan?

• A clean and friendly clan chat, no swearing please
• A clan that fills donations and receives what is requested (war/raid)

• Winning more than losing (152 wins and counting) and enjoying new clan perks after perks as we go along.

What are our members like?

• Our members are mature.
• We are regular guys and gals who have kids, spouses, fiancee, jobs, stresses, vacations times and holidays
• When we Opt In, we are making a commitment to war. If not we Opt Out
• We do chat, but there are days that are peaceful as well.

What is War Strategy

• What is our first attack strategy? You want to look for a base you can 3 star on your first attack. And yes you can hit low.
• Do we hit our own mirror? No. You hit a range, being any base within the same TownHall level as you or lower.
• Is there a reserve? No. First come first serve. Hit what you can 3 star be it first attack or clean up.
• Everyone has to attack twice? Yes
• Even when we’re losing/lost? Yes.
• Do you use ClashCaller? No. Rather than being bogged down by reservations, if you are ready, then go ahead and attack. It is not unusual to find 80% of the bases 3 star by half of our attacks. Chatting in the clan chat is usually enough.
• What IM do you use? Kik only. It’s hardly used but it’s there.
• Will I get yelled if I make a mistake: No. All chats must be friendly.
• Can I Opt Out of war? Yes. It’s better to Opt Out than to take a spot and not attack.

Our History

• We’ve been together since October 2014 and are now approaching our second summer as a clan together.
• We are mainly a North American Clan (Pacific and Easter Time Zones). Others are from England, Africa, S.E. Asia.
• Being friendly was our initial focus and we found back to back wars helps keeps us relevant and we have continued back to back wars to this day.
• We try to eliminate as many administration to simplify your enjoyment
• What we’ve found is that through mature members and being active via wars helps keeps our interest and commitment to this game high.
• We’ve lost members due to busyness of life, and so we’re looking to increase our wars from 10v10 to 15v15.
• That’s where you come in. You will be the next wave of committed members as we shortly head to Clan Level 10.

In terms of TownHall Level
What if I’m TH7?
Unless you can 3 stars with dragons, we’d rather you’d be a TH8. The majority of our bases joining war is TH8 making it hard for TH7 to 3 star them..
However, if you’re willing to learn, we’re willing to help transition you to TH8.

But I’m a TH9!
Sorry, unless you’re a person really committed to being in war x3/wk, we prefer to grow our own TH9, thanks. By doing this we help lay a foundation of maxing out bases and transitioning from dragon attacks to ground attacks.
If you would still like to join, being friendly and active will definitely do the trick!

We do not have donation ratios:

• You should never feel hindered in asking for any troops at any time.
• Always build a habit of bringing CC troops for every raid or attack. We have generous members that donates in the thousands.
• If you do not have the level of troops that is requested, please do not donate!
• I’ve worked very hard at this to make sure your stay is as streamlined as possible

Promotion:

• We don’t really promote as we already have a number Elders and Co-Leaders in placed.
• Elders are members whom I want to protect after showing me they consistently attack x2 in war. Elders also help reject requests we are not looking for (non TH8, non English speakers).
• Co-Leaders are chosen to help me war search when I’m on vacation. They’re also usually the most generous donors and will help fill all the war CC.

We started in October 2014

Very laid back clan. Very relaxed. (If this is for you, please join)

• Most of us are working adults. Very mature people.

Very encouraging clan

• When you accomplish something great (3 star, an upgrade) we celebrate with you.
  
• When war gets hard we understand and encourage you to try again.

We can chat, we can also be quiet

• There are times when we chat a lot about life in general. (Makes things lively)
  
• And there are times where the clan chat can be very peaceful. (Also a bliss)
  
• We tend to chat more during war, and chat less during times of peace

We donate a lot!

• We have high donators
  
• We love Archers!

We War to Keep Active

• Our goal is to reach Clan Level 10 one win at a time.
  
• But we also allow members to Opt Out and farm indefinitely.

We War x3 per week (Sun/Tue/Thurs)

• We war because it keeps the clan active, alive and accountable

We look for people who can speak in English

• Your REQUESTS should be in English (something as simple as “wizards” will do)
• When we communicate to you in war it will be in English.

Our War Clan Castles are always filled within 2 hours

• Dragons and other miscellaneous:Balloons/Wizards/Archers/Valkyries)

You should be able to attack x2 in war at all times

• You won’t be any use to your clan if you Opt In and Don’t Attack :(
• Sometimes you are busy at work, just let us know and Opt Out next war :)

You are always allowed to Opt Out for any reason. This could be:

• Busy at work/school/life, vacation, Heroes down, Spells down.
• You are never obligated to war! You are just obligated to attack x2 if you Opt In for war.
• It is better to Opt Out than to not attack x2 in war.
• It is also your job to Opt In for war.
• We can’t Opt In for you. We respect your Opt Outs seriously.

Respecting requests during war time is critical

• When someone requests a Pekka and you can’t make one, you don’t have to donate.

Don’t worry about 6 Stars

• The 6 Stars will come
• Get ready to receive a lot of encouragement whether win or fail
• Because we war so frequently, do have a short memory and get ready for the next war.

Donations:

We ask that you request a lot

• The more you request, the better your raid is, the stronger your upgrades will be for the clan.
• You must always request before a war attack.

Because we encourage you to request a lot we don’t have a strict donation ratio

• This allows the freedom for members to keep requesting.
• Of course, don’t donate 0. Keep the ratio to be 1:10 (Donate:Request)
• Because the clan is so giving, it makes you want to give as well.

Kick Policy:

Not respecting request

• When we find out who they are we kick them. Usually it’s because they don’t speak English

Not wanting to attack x2 because we are losing

• Arguing that it is a waste of their resources, we kick them.

Not being polite/argumentative/foul mouth/immature

• No need to bring drama, we will kick them.

We Do Not Promote:

I use Elders to help screen requests and I use Co-Leaders to help War Search

• I currently have all the Elders and Co-Leaders I need.
• If you want to be an Elder, just put the clan first above yours.

I still follow the reasons “Section 5.3 - Reason to NEVER give free elder, co-leader, and leader”

• This is to help protect the clan and keeping the environment safe
• I found this advice from Supercell Forums, I didn't make this up. This advice has worked out great!

Ugh...lost 2 wars in a row. That hasn't happened in a long time. It certainly feels "icky" when the clan loses two in a row. It happens. The clan we lost to, lost two in a row previously and they were 139-30.
