Quick explanation: allow leaders to remove castle troops from their clan mates on clan wars. This is due to "noobs", unadvised members or intentional wrongdoers donating troops of different type/level than the originally intended ones. Most people will confirm that this happens on a consistent basis.

These are prints showing 20-space CCs filled with archers when the idea would be exclusively wizards. Since only the owner can remove them, it's a pain contacting one by one and asking to do it. And that's when you're lucky to be able to talk to them before the war starts.
