"NOT WAR" function for ppl can not join the Clans War

I would like to share my idea as describing shortly in the title "Not war" function for ppl can not join the Clans War.


What is this?
- Simply, this is a button that allows user may not join the Clans War in case they are busy at the moment.


Why we need it?
- In some cases, ppl cannot join the War, so leader has to kick them out, then invite them into the clans again. It takes time.
- If user is a leader or co-learder, it's hard to kick them when they're offline, unless they leave clan by them self.


So, the Benefit is
- Ppl can leave the Clans war actively if they don't want to join at the moment. And when they are ready, they can join again.
- No need time to kick/invite ppl to join clans again before searching the Clans War.


How to do?
- Add more function "Not war" in the green action bar that appears when we touch on any Clan mate's name.
- Choose "Not war", it means ppl will not join the war at the moment. The button status will be changed to "War".
- Choose "War" when they want to join the Clans War again.


Additional
- Leader/ Co-leader can use this function for any clan mates in case they are still not strong to be join the Clans War, or punish some guys who breaks Clans rule, join war inactively... but still allow them stay in clan instead of kicking them out.
- Besides, helping other teammate when they don't want to join the war, but cannot online to do it by themselves at the moment.
