Clan base test / scrimmage feature
Oftentimes coming up with a new or better base design takes so long because you have to actually wait for someone to attack you before you can make the next adjustment. I would like to see a way where clan members can beat up on each other without permanent troop loss. Players would still need to spend elixir to build troops, but in scrimmage mode they do not actually lose those troops once the battle is concluded, even if the troops were destroyed in battle/scrimmage.
