I do not get the pink ticket to get diamonds or tools for watching the trailers. Can someone help with this. My daughters play the game and she will watch 4 and get free things every time. I dont get a ticket at all. Thank you

That ticket is a random perk item. Not everyone gets it. It also rotates, so there's no way of knowing how long your daughters will retain it. One could wake in 2 days to find it gone while the other could hold on to it for months.
Some folks who never had it suddenly wake to find it, so it could come to you someday. There's no way of knowing who will get lucky, nor any way of knowing how long it will stay, nor if it will return one day.
