lvl4 DE drill for TH8

Lots of players would like to stay in TH8 for a while before going to TH9 . And being TH8 able to upgrade hog riders to lvl4, minions to lvl4, golems to lvl2, valks to lvl2 and the Barbarian King to lvl10 is really awesome for that kind of players ... But that lonely lvl3 dark elixir drill does nothing when one wants to upgrade golems for 60k dark elixir ! Even when it's boosted it's not good enough because of its low capacity .
I really think that TH8 should be able to upgrade the dark elixir drill to lvl4 ...

Yes I agree. de production at th8 is terrible.

Im at TH8 right now, and i have one level 1 drill. Raiding and Clan wars add an A** ton of DE into my storage, and have no trouble upgrading troops/BK

you will if you want to upgrade BK to lvl10 or golems and valks

I'm also at TH8
Yeah, dark drill sucks but it's just a supplement for your resources.
Your true de source is raiding and league bonus.
Try coming up to crystal when you're short on de then go back down when you need gold/elix.

Though I don't mind if they do or do not increase de collector/level lock by 1.

lol no kidding. I might upgrade my drill once i get all my Lix upgrades done, but its not a high priority for me.

True that ! but the problem is ; you get owned by TH9 players in crystal , especially when you're high on DE
and a better supplement would help a lot while boosted .

By design - its intended to be harder to upgrade. Your a lower level. Why should Super Cell make it easier for everyone to upgrade everything all the time? Thats the whole point of upgrading your TH and associated resources. They give you the drill at TH8 and already let you upgrade it to lvl 3 then. Then they let you upgrade it to lvl 6 at TH9. Seriously - thats good enough.

And harder is not impossible. I see plenty of TH8s with barb kings at 10. You know how they got there? They worked for it by raiding.
