This idea will help a great deal when it comes to recruiting people for you clan. I could not tell you how many times I have recruited someone into my clan and the person I recruited will wait until war starts and just leave the clan or just ask for troops and leave.

A idea of how it could work is to let the leader or 1 coleader (per clan) write a short review on why the person left or was kicked from the clan. that way the next clan knows exactly who they are getting in the clan.

{example - "name of recruit" has 6 reviews, all 6 reviews this person has left the clan during war"}

not exactly sure but this would help my clan weed out the players who are not loyal.

If they have only achieved 3 war stars, they probably leave during war. If they have 50+ war stars, they are probably okay. Also look at the war loot achievement.

People may get kicked by a rouge co-leader and are left with a bad review. Stuff happens, and a review system simply wouldnt work.
