If you mean this http://forum.supercell.net/images/st...ser-online.png, then it means the user is online. It doesn't look like a quote bubble to me, though.
I think he means in-game. If he doesn't, I want to ask what does that green thing next to the person's name mean? It can't mean they are online because all of my clan mates can't be online at the same time lol.
The one in game is just to open the menu which contains buttons like Visit, View Clan, Invite, and Report. There isn't one next to "You", which makes sense.Quote:

If you tap that, you can view the player's base, or clan. If you are an elder, you can tap it to invite them to your clan.
In-game? It shows how many spaces that person moved up.
On forums, near quote bubble, click, and it will show the original post. The little green light shows whether the person is on-line or not.

yeah, I have to agree on this one. I kept seeing it in my clan and wasn't sure what it was. I thought it meant that they were on their mobile phone lol.
