Looking to form a Clan (lvl60+) need help!

Looking to find a few like minded clashers to start a clan with for two wars per week and high donation expectations. A clan with structure and loyal members that give proper meaning to the word clan.

I live in ESTzone and it would help if you were close, but we will need ppl from all over the globe. Please be mature and super active as you will need to answer many questions, give advice and donate your @$$ off.

My base is maxed out and I average 12 hours+ per day. Just looking for similar non rushers who are looking for a fresh start with great leadership opportunities.
