Question about idea

Okay so I have a question about an idea of mine. It is about an update that involves a sponsorship with the owners of the Lord of the Rings trilogy and The Hobbit. Would it be an acceptable idea if around the time of the next Hobbit (next years) to come out with a Hobbit or Lord of the Rings update? It involves a temporary texture pack of Middle Earth themed objects. For example, Giants get an ogre-like skin, barbarians get either an Orc or dwarven skin, archers become elves, and villagers also become elves, etc. And also a new trap that is disguised as a tree that is actually an ent. This is just an idea and I would like to know if it would be acceptable because it said no where in the forum idea room that it is a ruled out idea. If I need to contact someone else about this update please respond.
