Can I take out this th8 with th7 troops?

I would like to attack this th8 base but i dont know if i have enogh troops to get 3 stars (100%) on it? My army can hold 180 troops and my troops as lv4 barbarian, lv4 archer, lv3 goblin, lv4 giants, lv4 wallbreaker, lv2 balloon, lv4 wizards, lv1 healer. My spell factory can hold 3 spells: lv4 lightning spell, lv2 healing spell, and lv3 rage spell. My only dark troop is the minions. The troops currently in my clan castle are 5 lvl5 wizards. What's the strategy to take out this base??

If you had dragons or hogs, maybe... seeing as you don't have those, I don't think so.
