Clan bank

What I mean with "Clan bank"?

Clan bank could hide some gold, elixir and dark elixir after clan wars. It may be %5 commission from all members after the normal wars or clan wars...

What can we do with clan bank's gold, elixir and dark elixir?

* Use clan bank golds to start a new clan war. (If your clan bank is empty, your members must donate)

* Share clan bank golds and elixirs to help clan members for their upgrades.

* Help clan members, If they do not have gold to find a new opponent and wishes it from clan bank.

* and more

Who can use clan bank?

Only leader or member who was authorized by the leader.

Clans and their options must be devoloped, I think.
