Make Hero icon Blink "Red" when hero health is below 10%

Dear SC,

This will make it easy to activate hero abilities, before heroes goes "stunned".

It will also maximize hero "HP".

Sound like a good fun change becuase there's so much commotion out there and you can't tell how much health your barb king has sometime. It can be hard to implement, right?

At 10% your hero probably won't be able to take another hit. the warning would have to be at like 30% health

Regular troops have health bars that change colors while they are being attacked, Heroes should have them too.
