Lol poor cannon, never gets any love
this was a hard one to choose. the one that everyone craves is the IT because of the deterent but my choice is xbows because of their range. they mow down small troops very quickly.
Depends on the situation. A lvl11 cannnon has the same DPS as a lvl3 xbow. If they are shooting a single target it doesn't matter. If there are several targets the xbow wins.
EDIT: I'm guessing you meant to ask "what is the most versatile defense"? That's the inferno tower. But "best" depends on the situation.
Another thing to consider is hp of the target, thats why you see some bases rocking AT13 inside, to help against gowipe attacks. Rate of fire for xbows only matter for small hp troops. Like someone said above, depends on the enemy that the defense is targetting.
