They didn't do anything, so why would they? People in the war who don't attack don't get the loot, but ppl spectating get it?
And if they're not cheering their clan on and being rude, they shouldn't be in the clan
I don't agree with the OP's suggestion but I wouldn't say spectators do nothing. They can often donate to the regular CC's for the war effort. In any case - that should not get them anything.
Why should a spectator receive an award? If the donated troops they already receive experience points and they are helping a fellow clan member, so that should be enough of an award.
Are you trying to promote war inactivity? People would just leave right before a war and rejoin and be spectator
