new troops and defences

I think that Supercell should make town hall 11 an electric themed design and when it is upgraded to that level a new defence is unlocked - the ice tower. This frosty menace can slow down troops when it hits them and basically fires ice rocks. It can be set to single target but slows down troops or multi target. Another dark troop that should be introduced is the Ice Demon. This troop has (level 1): Dps = 200 Hp = 100 Speed = 10. It is immune to ice tower but inferno tower does double damage
