If you dont care about the issue then why do you bother to answer?

I hope everyone will keep these threads alive because they will never change it if we give up, but if we all keep complaining and keep spamming there inboxes then there may be a chance that they will eventually listen.

I know its a small chance considering how they usually treat customers but if there is a small chance im willing to try it, if your not then thats okay to but please stop trying to discurage people from trying to make this game better.

You have made your point, now leave these threads alone since you clearly states that you know you are very much alone in feeling how you do and your posts serves no purpose whatsover.

This is well said, but it's exactly why Supercell made the change. They don't want players to get respect for level, they want them to get it because of what league they are in. This was a calculated decision by Supercell based on expected revenue returns. They knew many people weren't going to like it, and that was the point. They don't care how many farmers ignore the leagues or quit the game, as long as some miss the respect and start going after trophies. And they also want new players to care about the league badges as much as the older players cared about the level badges.

Let's just have both league and level on the badge to make everyone happy. It's a win-win scenario.

No it isn't win-win. Doing that defeats the idea they are attempting to get across.

They do listen to the gamer community, here re some additions they have added per gamer request:

* Add leader messaging (Also the fix to unfilter messages 2 days after release was from feedback)
* Don't auto-end battle once all normal troops perish if Clan Castle with troops remain in inventory
* When balloons are destroyed, they fall to the ground for 1 last little attack
* Ability to rotate selected row of walls
* Moving multiple wall pieces at once.
* Splash damage with dragons and wizards
* Show damage % in defense battle log
* Show remaining lab upgrades during active research
* Air Bombs
* Army Camp full notification
* Heroes
* Troop donation statistics
* White insert buffer lines showing while moving decorations
* Defense replays
* Army Camp troops survive if Army Camp destroyed while on defense
* Message displaying when someone leaves/is kicked from clan
* Trophy limits on clan applications
* Gem usage confirmation
* Small shields after maintenance and disconnects
* Many of the combat balances are due to user input
* Matchmaking queue
* Army Camp storage managed as a whole instead of per camp
* Barracks queue information
* Clan Search
* Global chat moderation
* Trophies to be lost displaying in match screen
* Broader range of trophies available to be won per match

Design a game in which your "progress" up the trophy ranks inhibits your ability to increase the strength of your base and troops.

Don't reveal how you are penalized as your TH level increases.

Reduce amount of loot to you can raid from storage by 20%.

Supercell is doing everything in their power to make players struggle once they reach higher levels in an underhanded way.

This last update was a giant effort to reduce farming tactics.

The levels were a blatant sign of how easy it is to manipulate your trophy level and score easier loot off weaker opponents so they needed to remove them.

SC want people to think higher trophies equal higher level, not be shown that the stronger bases are higher level and trophies mean nothing.

So this entire game is designed to make you wait and struggle. All upgrades will be directed to cause more struggling and waiting.

Because there will never be enough revenue from this game. They will attempt to squeeze more and more revenue from this game as they have shown. At some point it becomes too much.

Supercell just needs to wake up to smell the coffee. They want paying customers and that is the bottom line. So they have the top end gemming trophy hunters. Who are the rest of the paying customers? I may be wrong but I would assume the addicted player that would continue to pursue the game and gem that 4th and 5th builder as well as occasional upgrades. Spells troops etc. It is these very people that are asking for their levels back. The top end players don't care because all their shields are pretty much the same. Its the higher level occasional gemmers that care about their experience. Perhaps I am shallow but I am proud of my achievements and the only way to consistently show that achievement is through experience. Yeah I can move up in trophies and get my crystal back fairly quickly or even try to obtain a champions. However, the many times that I have done that during our trophy runs it has always been a sigh of relief when I was able to relax and drop back down for some breathing room. To stay consistently at the top running on fumes because there isn't enough sustainable resources is not fun for the long term. I enjoy it but only once in awhile. If I spent all my resources fighting for trophies my upgrades will never get done and I WONT HAVE TO GEM my builders to be free'd up. I just finished up a trophy run and dropped back down for farming. Guess what supercell, I gemmed 3 times as I maxed my 8 million in storages 3 times this week. Make me stay at 2300+ trophy level? That WILL not happen as I will be broke and miserable. If the game isn't fun anymore I will be sad to leave the game as I have a great clan and enjoy'd my coc "career" for a long time. Too bad it seems like I am being forced into early retirement. I guess my long months of experience and contributions don't matter cause the new guy might be better for the short term.

In case you haven't noticed, it doesn't matter what you think about their idea.

You should take a step back look at this objectively and reassess your life priorities because a meaningless number not being displayed within chat in a game is driving you insane.
